Varna is subject to intense road traffic and congestion with resulting air and noise pollution impacting on the city. Through joining EBRD Green Cities and adopting a Green City Action Plan (GCAP) Varna will be able to address these, among other, key environmental issues along with identifying a sustainable vision for the future.
