The first city in the Baltics to become part of the EBRD green Cities network, Vilnius has committed to developing a Green City Action Plan (GCAP) as part of a transition towards a greener future across all urban sectors. The GCAP will introduce a systematic approach to identify, prioritise and address the city’s most pressing environmental challenges.
