The City of Osh will hold their Green Cities Joining Meetings, marking the start of the Green City Action Plan (GCAP) development. The event, taking place on 17 April 2026, will bring together representatives from the Mayor’s Office, technical departments and local key stakeholders.

The event will include presentations on EBRD Green Cities and the GCAP development process, as well as the City’s planned journey towards a greener future. The GCAP will identify the most pressing environmental and climate challenges of the Region and define the measures, namely investments and policy actions that need to be taken to address these challenges. E.Co. is the consultant supporting the City in developing the GCAP. They will co-host this event together with the City and EBRD.
