EBRD Green Cities is delighted to contribute to the Daring Cities 2025 Bonn Dialogues which will convene local and regional governments and key stakeholders in the urban climate space in the lead up to COP30. Daring Cities 2025 centers on the theme “Stronger national climate plans through multilevel action” and features high-level discussions and interactive roundtables to explore critical issues of multilevel climate governance, innovation, and collaboration.

Lin O’Grady, Head of EBRD Green Cities, will participate in the panel session “Policy to action: partnering for effective implementation” where she will discuss how subnational governments and multilateral development banks can collaborate to enhance access to finance for local climate action. She will highlight the role that EBRD Green Cities has to play through its Green City Action Plans (GCAPs) and expansive financial toolkit.
