High Impact Partnership on Climate Action (HIPCA)

The Green City Action Plan (GCAP) will help Mostar to identify and prioritise the city’s major environmental challenges in urban sectors, including solid waste management, water and wastewater, urban roads, lighting, urban transport, mobility, energy efficiency in buildings, renewable energy and power infrastructure. The first investment project identified is the Mostar Solid Waste Management Project.

The GCAP will recommend further investment and policy measures to address challenges in a systematic way. It lays the foundation for a long-term green and sustainable vision for Mostar, in-line with the city’s sustainable development agenda.
