The population of Minsk is projected to grow in the coming years as the city continues to play an important role as an economic hub for the country. This growth will create challenges to maintain and improve levels of urban services for citizens.

Additionally, the city will need to balance the needs of its successful industrial sector with a green development agenda. The city’s GCAP will help Minsk plan for its growth and economic future while addressing its most pressing environmental challenges.

Minsk’s GCAP is supported by the Government of Sweden.
